Parent’s night out
A Reminder the annual parent night out is on Friday 17th July at the Pascoe Vale Hotel. Come along and meet other families from the Centre. A good night is had by all.
End of financial year
The new financial year is approaching which means some childcare fee accounts may change due to change in reported income or circumstances. These changes can take a couple of weeks to come into effect on our system so please be patient with the changes. Some families payments may decrease, stay the same or will increase depending on changes.
Changes to outdoor spaces
We are currently in the process of coming up with some concept ideas for our outdoor spaces. We would like to arrange the environments so they offer coverage in winter and summer, areas that allow for messy play and in the younger yards fixed or moveable climbing equipment. We would like to the keep the spaces as natural as possible.
If you have been to parks or other play spaces that you feel are amazing please take a picture and send to the Centre. These could even be of spaces that you have in your own backyards or friends.
We really what to expose the children to the freedom of play and exploration that were able to experience as children.
Music Program
The busy bees and kinder children have been participating in a music program with Cassie from Happy Feet on alternative Tuesday’s and Thursdays and absolutely loving it. Next term the Babies and Ducklings will participate in Mini Maestros session on alternative Monday and Wednesdays. We are hoping to offer these types of sessions for the remainder of the year. If you have any thoughts on what you would also like your child to participate in please let us know.
End of Year Closure
The Centre will be closing on Friday 18th December at 6pm and will reopen on Tuesday 12th January 2016. Families will not be charged for this time.
