An Authorised officer viewed the centre for over three days using the NQS Assessment and Rating Instrument. After undertaking the assessment, the Regulatory Authority is to notify Derby Street of a rating for each quality area and an overall rating of the service. This process is new and the feedback from all Educators was positive. We are now waiting in anticipation for the final rating, which we will let you know as soon as we get a response.
